About
Istituto Marangoni was founded in 1935 and became the first private university in Europe where fashion professionals were trained. Today, the institute is in the top 5 best fashion schools in the world and offers dozens of creative and business specialties – from clothing design, product and interiors to brand management and curatorial work. Programs are updated annually and adapted to the realities of the industry.
Since its inception, Istituto Marangoni has released more than 30,000 professionals. Domenico Dolce (Dolce & Gabbana), Franco Moschino (Moschino), Alessandra Facchinetti (Tod’s), Julie de Libran (Sonia Rykiel), Rodolfo Palyalunga (Jil Sander) and other stars of the industry studied there. Students of the Marangoni Institute regularly participate in world fashion weeks and interior exhibitions; their works appear on the pages of Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar and AD.
